Martha Osborne was born circa 1664.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Osborne, 1st Duke of Leeds and Lady Bridget Bertie.1 She married Charles Granville, 2nd Earl of Bath, son of John Granville, 1st Earl of Bath and Jane Wyche, on 22 May 1678 at St. Martin-in-the-Fields Church, Covent Garden, London, England.1 She died on 11 September 1689, without issue.1 She was buried on 26 September 1689 at Westminster Abbey, Westminster, London, England.1
From 22 May 1678, her married name became Granville.1 As a result of her marriage, Martha Osborne was styled as Lady Lansdown on 16 July 1689.1
