Major Willoughby Rollo Norman was born on 12 October 1909.2 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Henry Norman, 1st Bt. and Hon. Florence Priscilla McLaren.2 He married, firstly, Hon. Barbara Jacqueline Boot, daughter of John Boot, 2nd Baron Trent and Margaret Joyce Pyman, on 26 June 1934.3 He and Hon. Barbara Jacqueline Boot were divorced in 1973.2 He married, secondly, Anna Caroline Worthington, daughter of William Greville Worthington and Lady Mary Diana Duncombe, in 1973.2 He died on 28 October 1997 at age 88.2
