Denis Gomer Berry, son of James Gomer Berry, 1st Viscount Kemsley and Mary Lilian Holmes, on 24 July 1947.2 She died on 31 March 1987 at age 74.2

     Charles Robert Archibald Grant of Cotes was born on 29 December 1903.2 He was the son of General Sir Charles John Cecil Grant and Lady Sybil Myra Caroline Primrose.3,2 He married, firstly, Mary Mackenzie Young, daughter of Captain Telford Mackenzie Young and Lilian McKenzie French, on 4 January 1926 at St. Giles, London, England, in a secretly marriage.2 He married, secondly, Pamela Wellesley, daughter of Captain Lord Richard Wellesley and Louise Nesta Pamela FitzGerald, on 12 June 1933.3 He and Pamela Wellesley were divorced in 1943.1 He married, thirdly, Sybil Barbara Farquhar, daughter of Colonel Francis Douglas Farquhar and Lady Evelyn Hely Hutchinson, on 28 March 1946.4 He died on 21 January 1972 at age 68.4
     He was educated at Royal Naval College, England.5 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Navy.3 He fought in the Second World War.6 He gained the rank of Pilot in the service of the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserves (A).6 He was managing director of Barnett Instruments Ltd, manufacturers of pressure guages.6 He was recognised by the Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Office on 26 May 1959.6 He lived at Pitchford Hall, Shropshire, England.6

Denis Gomer Berry was born on 11 July 1911.2 He was the son of James Gomer Berry, 1st Viscount Kemsley and Mary Lilian Holmes.3 He married, firstly, Rosemary Leonora Ruth de Rothschild, daughter of Lionel Nathan de Rothschild and Marie Louise Eugénie Beer, on 3 July 1934.3 He and Rosemary Leonora Ruth de Rothschild were divorced in 1942.3 He married, secondly, Pamela Wellesley, daughter of Captain Lord Richard Wellesley and Louise Nesta Pamela FitzGerald, on 24 July 1947.4 He died on 30 September 1983 at age 72.2
     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Royal Artillery (TA).2 He fought in the Second World War.2 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Grenadier Guards.2 He was decorated with the award of the Territorial Decoration (T.D.).2 He was invested as a Knight, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (K.St.J.).2 He was director of Kemsley Newspapers Ltd.2 He held the office of member of the Hampshire County Council in 1969.2

     Catherine Rowley was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Hercules Langford Rowley and Elizabeth Ormsby Upton, Viscountess Langford of Langford Lodge.1,2 She married Edward Michael Pakenham, 2nd Baron Longford, son of Thomas Pakenham, 1st Baron Longford and Elizabeth Cuffe, 1st Countess of Longford, on 25 June 1768.1 She died on 12 March 1816.1
     As a result of her marriage, Catherine Rowley was styled as Baroness Longford on 25 June 1768. From 25 June 1768, her married name became Pakenham.

     Lady Elizabeth Hay was born on 27 September 1820 at Yester, Haddington, Scotland.1 She was the daughter of Field Marshal George Hay, 8th Marquess of Tweeddale and Lady Susan Montagu.1 She married Lt.-Gen. Arthur Richard Wellesley, 2nd Duke of Wellington, son of Field Marshal Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington and Hon. Catherine Sarah Dorothea Pakenham, on 18 April 1839 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, England.1 She died on 13 August 1904 at age 83 at Bearhill Park, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, England.1 She was buried on 19 August 1904 at Stratfield Saye House, Basingstoke, Hampshire, England.1 Her will was probated on 8 September 1904, at over £13,000 gross, over £10,000 net.1
      From 18 April 1839, her married name became Wellesley. She held the office of Lady of the Bedchamber between 1843 and 1858.1 As a result of her marriage, Lady Elizabeth Hay was styled as Duchess of Wellington on 14 September 1852.1 She held the office of Mistress of the Robes between 1861 and 1868.1 She was invested as a Lady, Royal Order of Victoria and Albert (V.A.) in 1892 3rd class.1
