     Frederick Anthony Hamilton Wills, 2nd Baron Dulverton was born on 19 December 1915.1 He was the son of Gilbert Alan Hamilton Wills, 1st Baron Dulverton and Victoria May Chichester.1 He married, firstly, Judith Betty Leslie-Melville, daughter of Lt.-Col. Hon. Ian Leslie-Melville and Charlotte Isabel Stirling, on 2 September 1939.1 He and Judith Betty Leslie-Melville were divorced in 1961.1 He married, secondly, Ruth Violet Mary Farquhar, daughter of Sir Walter Randolph FitzRoy Farquhar, 5th Bt. and Violet Maud Corkran, on 28 April 1962.2 He died on 17 February 1992 at age 76.2
     Frederick Anthony Hamilton Wills, 2nd Baron Dulverton usually went by his middle name of Anthony.2 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1937 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He fought in the Second World War.2 He gained the rank of Major in 1944 in the Royal Artillery.2 He was awarded the Territorial Decoration (T.D.)2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Dulverton, of Batsford, co.      Charlotte Isabel Stirling was the daughter of Major William Stirling and Charlotte Eva Mackintosh.1 She married Lt.-Col. Hon. Ian Leslie-Melville, son of Ronald Ruthven Leslie-Melville, 13th Earl of Leven and Hon. Emma Selina Portman, on 26 August 1915.1 She died on 7 November 1968.1
     From 26 August 1915, her married name became Leslie-Melville.1
