Frederick Anthony Hamilton Wills, 2nd Baron Dulverton was born on 19 December 1915.1 He was the son of Gilbert Alan Hamilton Wills, 1st Baron Dulverton and Victoria May Chichester.1 He married, firstly, Judith Betty Leslie Melville, daughter of Lt.-Col. Hon. Ian Leslie Melville and Charlotte Isabel Stirling, on 2 September 1939.1 He and Judith Betty Leslie Melville were divorced in 1961.1 He married, secondly, Ruth Violet Mary Farquhar, daughter of Sir Walter Randolph FitzRoy Farquhar, 5th Bt. and Violet Maud Corkran, on 28 April 1962.2 He died on 17 February 1992 at age 76.2
