     Mary Elizabeth Dawson was the daughter of Sydney Dawson. She married Major Edward Robert Francis Compton, son of Lord Alwyne Frederick Compton and Mary Evelyn Violet Vyner, on 23 October 1952. She died on 23 June 1957.

     Maj.-Gen. Sir John Ponsonby was born on 25 March 1866.¹ He was the son of General Rt. Hon. Sir Henry Frederick Ponsonby and Hon. Mary Elizabeth Bulteel.¹ He married Mary Robley, daughter of Thomas Robley, on 21 December 1935.¹ He died on 26 March 1952 at age 86, without issue.¹

     Mary Robley was born circa 1902.² She was the daughter of Thomas Robley.¹ She married Maj.-Gen. Sir John Ponsonby, son of General Rt. Hon. Sir Henry Frederick Ponsonby and Hon. Mary Elizabeth Bulteel, on 21 December 1935.¹ She died on 18 April 2003.²
     Her married name became Ponsonby.

     Alberta Victoria Ponsonby was the daughter of General Rt. Hon. Sir Henry Frederick Ponsonby and Hon. Mary Elizabeth Bulteel.¹ She married Maj.-Gen. William Edward Montgomery on 22 June 1891.¹ She died on 15 October 1945, without issue.¹
