     Alexander Abernethy, 6th Lord Saltoun of Abernethy was the son of William Abernethy, 5th Lord Saltoun of Abernethy and Lady Elizabeth Hay.2 He married, firstly, Lady Alison Keith, daughter of William Keith, 3rd Earl Marischal and Margaret Keith, on 28 August 1550.3 He married, secondly, Janet Johnstone, daughter of James Johnstone of Johnstone, younger and Margaret Hamilton, circa 1572.4 He died in April 1587.1
     He succeeded as the 6th Lord Saltoun of Abernethy [S., 1445] in December 1543.2 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) [Scotland] in 1553.2

     Emilia Jefferyes was the daughter of Major James St. John Jefferyes and Arabella Fitzgibbon.2,3 She married Richard Butler, 1st Earl of Glengall, son of James Butler, 9th Baron Caher and Sarah Nichols, on 13 August 1793 at London, EnglandG.2 She died in 1836.1
     After her marriage, Emilia Jefferyes was styled as Baroness Caher on 13 August 1793. From 13 August 1793, her married name became Butler.

     Robert de Bellême, Earl of Shrewsbury is the son of Roger de Montgomery, Earl of Shrewsbury and Mabel de Bellême.1
     He succeeded as the Comte d'Alençon [Normandy] in 1082.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Earl of Arundel [E., 1067] in 1098.1 He succeeded as the Earl of Shrewsbury in 1098. In 1102 he was exiled and attainted, with all of his English forfeited to the Crown.1
