     Sir Edward Stanley, 1st Lord Monteagle was the son of Sir Thomas Stanley, 1st Earl of Derby and Eleanor Neville.¹ He married, firstly, Anne Harington, daughter of Sir John Harington and Maud de Clifford.¹ He married, secondly, Elizabeth Vaughan, daughter of Sir Thomas Vaughan, before 25 November 1501.¹ He died between 6 April 1523 and 7 April 1523.¹
     Sir Edward Stanley, 1st Lord Monteagle was invested as a Knight Banneret in 1482.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Kent in 1484.¹ He held the office of Sheriff of Lancashire in 1485.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Westmorland in 1509.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Yorkshire in 1509.¹ He fought in the Battle of Flodden, where he commanded teh left wing of the English Army.¹ He was invested as a Knight, Order of the Garter (K.G.) in 1514.¹ He was created 1st Lord Monteagle [England] on 21 May 1514.¹

     James Stanley was the son of Sir Thomas Stanley, 1st Earl of Derby and Eleanor Neville.¹
     James Stanley held the office of Bishop of Ely.¹

     Joan Lestrange, Baroness Strange was the daughter of John IX Lestrange, 8th Lord Strange and Jacquetta Woodville. She married Sir George Stanley, Lord Strange (of Knokyn), son of Sir Thomas Stanley, 1st Earl of Derby and Eleanor Neville, before 26 February 1480/81.¹ She died on 20 March 1513/14.¹
     Joan Lestrange, Baroness Strange succeeded to the title of 9th Baroness Strange in 1479. Her married name became Stanley.

     Michael Joseph Barry is the son of Thomas Barry.¹ He married Charlotte Annesley, daughter of John Charles Annesley and Belinda Murphy, on 22 June 1901.¹

     Elizabeth Annesley is the daughter of John Charles Annesley and Belinda Murphy.¹ She married F. J. Smith on 25 March 1903.¹
     From 25 March 1903, her married name became Smith.¹

     Sarah Earle was the daughter of John Earle.¹ She married Reverend John Stanley, son of Sir Thomas Stanley, 4th Bt. and Elizabeth Patten, in May 1753.¹ She died circa February 1807.¹
     Her married name became Stanley.
