     Henry Trail Erskine was born on 25 December 1815.1 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Thomas Erskine and Henrietta Eliza Trail.1 He married Eliza Sarah Hore, daughter of Commander Herbert William Hore, on 18 December 1856.1 He died on 21 May 1865 at age 49, without issue.1

     Eliza Sarah Hore was the daughter of Commander Herbert William Hore.1 She married Henry Trail Erskine, son of Rt. Hon. Thomas Erskine and Henrietta Eliza Trail, on 18 December 1856.1 She died in February 1899.1
     From 18 December 1856, her married name became Erskine.

     Mary Douglas was the daughter of William Douglas, 6th Earl of Morton and Lady Agnes Leslie.2,3 She married Walter Ogilvy, 1st Lord Ogilvy of Deskford, son of Alexander Ogilvy and Barbara Ogilvy, in 1582.3
     From 1582, her married name became Ogilvy.1
