     Lt.-Col. Ludovic Colquhoun was born on 25 July 1757.1 He was the son of Sir James Colquhoun of Luss, 1st Bt. and Helen Gordon.2 He married Barbara Camilla McIntyre, daughter of Reverend Dr. Joseph McIntyre, on 19 December 1801.1 He died on 5 January 1835 at age 77.1
     Lt.-Col. Ludovic Colquhoun gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel.1 He had five sons and a daughter.1

     Sir James Colquhoun of Luss, 3rd Bt. was born on 28 September 1774.1 He was the son of Sir James Colquhoun of Luss, 2nd Bt. and Mary Falconer.2 He married Janet Sinclair, daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir John Sinclair of Ulbster, 1st Bt., in June 1799.1 He died on 3 February 1836 at age 61.1
     Sir James Colquhoun of Luss, 3rd Bt. succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Colquhoun, of Luss [G.B., 1786] on 20 April 1805.1 He had one other son and some daughters.1
