Thomas Roper, 2nd Viscount Baltinglass was born before 1622.1 He was the son of Thomas Roper, 1st Viscount Baltinglass and Ann Harington.1 He married Anne Temple, daughter of Sir Peter Temple, 2nd Bt. and Anne Throckmorton, in 1637.1 He died circa April 1666, without issue.1 He was buried on 25 April 1666 at Thornborough, Buckinghamshire, England.2
