Sir Charles Bingham Lowther, 4th Bt. was born on 22 July 1880.1 He was the son of George William Lowther and Mary Frances Alice Bingham.2 He married Marjory Noel Fielden, daughter of Thomas Fielden and Martha Knowles, on 14 April 1909.1 He died on 22 January 1949 at age 68.3
He was Lieutenant-Colonel Northamptonshire –20, formerly 8th Hus, Boer War 1900–01 (Queen's medal, five clasps), WW I (despatches, Brevet) Yeo 1917.1 He was educated Winchester and RMC Sandhurst.1 He was Justice of the Peace (J.P.) and Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) (Denbigs).1 He gained the title of 4th Baronet Lowther. He was chairman Denbighs TA&AFA, Croix de Guerre, Order Crown Italy, Companion, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (C.St.J.).1 He was Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917.1 He was High Sheriff Northamptonshire in 1926.1 On 3 November 1936 married 2nd Ruth Kynaston (died 28 Feb 1995), daughter of Charles Francis Kynaston Mainwaring, of Seven Sisters, Ellesmere, Salop, and by his 1st wife had.1 He was Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1948.1

Cecilia O'Keefe was born circa 1805.1 She was the daughter of Charles O'Keefe and Letitia Yelverton.1,2 She married Barry John Yelverton, 3rd Viscount Avonmore, son of William Charles Yelverton, 2nd Viscount Avonmore and Mary Reade, on 1 August 1822.1 She died on 1 February 1876 at Tritonville, County Dublin, Ireland.1
As a result of her marriage, Cecilia O'Keefe was styled as Viscountess Avonmore on 1 August 1822. From 1 August 1822, her married name became Yelverton.1
