     Maria Gore was the daughter of Vice-Admiral Sir John Gore. She married Major Hon. Henry Littleton Powys, son of Thomas Powys, 2nd Baron Lilford and Henrietta Maria Atherton, on 16 July 1862. She died on 8 March 1902.
      Her married name became Powys.

     Lt.-Col. Lord Francis Arthur Gordon was born on 20 January 1808.¹ He was the son of George Gordon, 9th Marquess of Huntly and Catherine Cope.¹ He married Isabel Grant, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Sir William Keir Grant, on 17 April 1835.¹ He died on 26 June 1857 at age 49.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the 1st Life Guards.¹

     Isabel Grant was the daughter of Lt.-Gen. Sir William Keir Grant.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Lord Francis Arthur Gordon, son of George Gordon, 9th Marquess of Huntly and Catherine Cope, on 17 April 1835.¹ She died on 7 January 1892.¹
      Her married name became Gordon.

     Lt.-Gen. Sir William Keir Grant was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.).¹ He was created Baron Grant [Austria] on 22 January 1831.¹

     Colonel George Grant Gordon was born on 29 January 1836.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Lord Francis Arthur Gordon and Isabel Grant.¹ He married Constance Augusta Lennox Peel, daughter of Laurence Peel and Lady Jane Lennox, on 8 August 1863.¹ He died on 24 January 1912 at age 75.¹
     He was Equerry and Controller of the Household to HH Prince and HRH Princess Christian of Schleswig-Holstein.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Scots Guards.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the County of London.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the 2nd Battalion, Royal Scottish Reserve Regiment.¹ He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.).¹ He was invested as a Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.).¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Berkshire.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel and Honourable Colonel in the service of the 3rd Battalion, Royal Scots.¹

     Constance Augusta Lennox Peel was the daughter of Laurence Peel and Lady Jane Lennox.¹ She married Colonel George Grant Gordon, son of Lt.-Col. Lord Francis Arthur Gordon and Isabel Grant, on 8 August 1863.¹ She died on 14 April 1921.
      Her married name became Gordon.

     Laurence Peel was born on 28 June 1801.² He was the son of Sir Robert Peel, 1st Bt. and Ellen Yates. He married Lady Jane Lennox, daughter of General Charles Lennox, 4th Duke of Richmond and Lady Charlotte Gordon, on 20 July 1822.¹ He died on 10 December 1888 at age 87.³
     He lived at Kemp Town, Brighton, Sussex, England.⁴

     Karina Jane Maria Minette Salvin Bowlby was born in 1968.¹ She is the daughter of Patrick Thomas Salvin Bowlby and Sara Norina Marie Stewart-Clark.

     Sir Robert Peel, 1st Bt. was born on 25 April 1750. He was the son of Robert Peel and Elizabeth Haworth.² He married, firstly, Ellen Yates, daughter of William Yates, on 8 July 1783. He married, secondly, Susannah Clerke, daughter of Francis Clerke and Susannah Elizabeth Ashurst, on 18 October 1805.¹ He died on 3 May 1830 at age 80.
     He was created 1st Baronet Peel, of Drayton, co. Stafford.¹
