She married Major William La Touche Congreve, V.C., son of General Sir Walter Norris Congreve, V.C. and Cecilia Henrietta Dolores La Touche, on 1 June 1916. She married Brigidair Hon. William Fraser, son of Alexander William Frederick Fraser, 18th Lord Saltoun of Abernethy and Mary Helena Grattan-Bellew, on 22 December 1919.
     Her married name became Congreve. Her married name became Fraser.

     Major William La Touche Congreve, V.C. was born on 22 March 1891 at Burton, Cheshire, England.¹ He was the son of General Sir Walter Norris Congreve, V.C. and Cecilia Henrietta Dolores La Touche. He married Pamela Cynthia Maude, daughter of Cyril Francis Maude and Winifred Emery, on 1 June 1916. He died on 20 July 1916 at age 25, killed in action.
     Major William La Touche Congreve, V.C. gained the rank of Brevet Major in the service of the Rifle Brigade.¹ He fought in the First World War. He was decorated with the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.). He was decorated with the Military Cross (M.C.). He was decorated with the Victoria Cross (V.C.) on 26 October 1916, posthumously, for his actions on 6-20 July 1916.¹

     General Sir Walter Norris Congreve, V.C. was born on 20 November 1862 at Chatham Barracks, Chatham, Kent, England.¹ He married Cecilia Henrietta Dolores La Touche in 1890. He died on 26 February 1927 at age 64 at Malta.¹
     General Sir Walter Norris Congreve, V.C. fought in the Boer war.¹ He was invested as a Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.).¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Rifle Brigade.¹ He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.).¹ He was decorated with the Victoria Cross (V.C.) on 2 February 1900, for his actions on 15 December 1899.¹ He held the office of Governor of Malta.

     Brigidair Hon. William Fraser was born on 5 July 1890. He is the son of Alexander William Frederick Fraser, 18th Lord Saltoun of Abernethy and Mary Helena Grattan-Bellew. He married Pamela Cynthia Maude, daughter of Cyril Francis Maude and Winifred Emery, on 22 December 1919.
     Brigidair Hon. William Fraser was decorated with the Military Cross (M.C.). He was decorated with the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).

     Major Francis Walter Balfour was born on 8 January 1830.¹ He was the son of Francis Balfour and Margaret Bower.¹ He married Jane Amelia Keir, daughter of Patrick Small Keir, on 25 October 1866.¹ He died on 24 February 1909 at age 79.¹
     Major Francis Walter Balfour gained the rank of Major in the service of the Rifle Brigade.¹ In 1862 he unsuccessfully claimed the Lordship Balfour of Burleigh, as the heir male.¹ He lived at Fernie, Fife, Scotland.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Fife.¹
