     Alexander Fraser, 10th Lord Saltoun of Aberethy was the son of Alexander Fraser, 9th of Philorth and Margaret Abernethy. He married Elizabeth Seton, daughter of Alexander Seton, on 27 June 1634. He died on 11 August 1693.
     He gained the title of 10th Lord Saltoun of Abernethy.

     Alexander Fraser, Master of Saltoun was born in 1630. He was the son of Alexander Fraser, 10th Lord Saltoun of Aberethy and Elizabeth Seton. He married, firstly, Lady Anne Kerr, daughter of William Kerr, 1st Earl of Lothian and Lady Anne Kerr, circa 11 January 1651/52.1 He married, secondly, Lady Marion Cuninghame, daughter of William Cuninghame, 8th Earl of Glencairn and Lady Janet Kerr, on 29 October 1660.2 He married, thirdly, Lady Sophia Erskine, daughter of Alexander Erskine, Viscount Fentoun and Lady Anne Seton, on 5 August 1663.3 He died in November 1682.
     He was styled as Master of Saltoun.

     Alexander Erskine, Viscount Fentoun was the son of Thomas Erskine, 1st Earl of Kellie and Anne Ogilvy.1,2 He married Lady Anne Seton, daughter of Alexander Seton, 1st Earl of Dunfermline and Lilias Drummond, on 6 April 1610.2 He died on 11 February 1633.2
     He was invested as a Knight, Order of the Bath (K.B.) in 1616.2 He gained the title of Viscount Fentoun between 1619 and 1633.2
