     Hon. Elizabeth-Anne Marie Gabrielle Fitzalan-Howard was born on 26 January 1934. She was the daughter of Henry Edmund Fitzalan-Howard, 2nd Viscount FitzAlan of Derwent and Joyce Elizabeth Mary Langdale.2 She married, firstly, Sir Vivyan Edward Naylor-Leyland, 3rd Bt., son of Sir Albert Edward Herbert Naylor-Leyland, 2nd Bt. and Marguerite de Belabre, on 17 January 1952.1 She and Sir Vivyan Edward Naylor-Leyland, 3rd Bt. were divorced in 1960.1 She married, secondly, Sir Stephen Lewis Edmonstone Hastings, son of Major Lewis Aloysius Macdonald Hastings and Edith Meriel Edmonstone, on 2 September 1975.3 She died on 20 March 1997 at age 63.3
      From 17 January 1952, her married name became Naylor-Leyland. From 2 September 1975, her married name became Hastings.

     Sir Vivyan Edward Naylor-Leyland, 3rd Bt. was born on 5 March 1924.2 He was the son of Sir Albert Edward Herbert Naylor-Leyland, 2nd Bt. and Marguerite de Belabre.3 He married, thirdly, Jameina Flora Reid, daughter of James Freeman Reid.2 He married, firstly, Hon. Elizabeth-Anne Marie Gabrielle Fitzalan-Howard, daughter of Henry Edmund Fitzalan-Howard, 2nd Viscount FitzAlan of Derwent and Joyce Elizabeth Mary Langdale, on 17 January 1952.2 He and Hon. Elizabeth-Anne Marie Gabrielle Fitzalan-Howard were divorced in 1960.2 He married, secondly, Noreen Starr Anker Simmons, daughter of W/Cmdr. Peter Anker Simmons and Noreen Helen Rosemary Bailey, on 17 November 1967.1 He and Noreen Starr Anker Simmons were divorced in 1975.1 He died in 1987.2

     W/Cmdr. Peter Anker Simmons was the son of R. C. Simmons.1 He married Noreen Helen Rosemary Bailey, daughter of Colonel Sir Abe Bailey, 1st Bt. and Hon. Mary Westenra, on 27 January 1941.1 He died on 13 May 1947, killed in an aeroplane accident.1
     He was decorated with the award of the Distinguished Flying Cross (D.F.C.).1 He gained the rank of Wing Commander in the service of the Royal Air Force.1

     William Moncreiffe of that Ilk, younger was born circa 1526.2 He was the son of William Moncreiffe, 10th of that Ilk and Margaret Murray.3,4 He married Jean Oliphant, daughter of Laurence Oliphant, 3rd Lord Oliphant and Margaret Sandilands, in 1550.2 He died circa April 1574.4
      In 1543 he was a hostage in England for his father's ransom.2 In 1544 he was released (the ransom never paid) to take part in Lennox's rebellion.2 In 1552 he entered the French Service.2 He was commanding officer of the Moncreiffe's Regiment of Scottish mercenaries in the Swedish service which he had raised.2 In April 1574 he joined a plot to reinstate the mad King Eric XIV of Sweden by killing King John during an exhibition sword dance. The plot failed, he was arrested and never heard of again.2 He had three other daughters.2
