     Maj.-Gen. Henry Anthony Lascelles was born on 10 January 1912.1 He is the son of Edward Charles Ponsonby Lascelles and Leila Winifred Leonor Kennett-Barrington.1 He married Ethne Hyde Ussher Charles, daughter of Norman Charles, on 5 March 1941.1
      Maj.-Gen. Henry Anthony Lascelles usually went by his middle name of Anthony.1 He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.1 He graduated from Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.1 He gained the rank of Major-General in the service of the Royal Tank Regiment.1 He was decorated with the award of the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1944.1 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1945.1 He was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1962.1 He was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1967.1 He lived in 2003 at Manor Farm Cottage, Hedgerley Green, Buckinghamshire, England.1

     Lt.-Col. Frederick Arthur Aylmer was born on 21 October 1849.2 He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Henry Aylmer and Charlotte Louisa Gwatkin.1,2 He married Constance Isabella Grenfell, daughter of Charles William Grenfell and Georgiana Caroline Lascelles, on 21 January 1890.2 He died on 29 March 1918 at age 68.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Royal Artillery.2 He gained the rank of Brevet Colonel in the service of the Royal Artillery.2

     John Leveson-Gower, 1st Baron Gower of Sittenham was born on 7 January 1674/75. He was the son of Sir William Leveson-Gower, 4th Bt. and Lady Jane Granville. He married Lady Catherine Manners, daughter of John Manners, 1st Duke of Rutland and Hon. Catherine Noel, circa September 1692. He died on 31 August 1709 at age 34.
     He gained the title of 1st Baron Gower of Stittenham.1

     Lady Catherine Manners was born in 1675.1 She was the daughter of John Manners, 1st Duke of Rutland and Hon. Catherine Noel. She married John Leveson-Gower, 1st Baron Gower of Sittenham, son of Sir William Leveson-Gower, 4th Bt. and Lady Jane Granville, circa September 1692. She died on 7 March 1722.
      Her married name became Leveson-Gower.

John Manners, 1st Duke of Rutland

     John Manners, 1st Duke of Rutland was born on 29 May 1638. He was the son of John Manners, 8th Earl of Rutland and Hon. Frances Montagu. He married, firstly, Lady Anne Pierrepont, daughter of Henry Pierrepont, 1st and last Marquess of Dorchester, on 15 July 1658. He married, secondly, Lady Diana Bruce, daughter of Robert Bruce, 2nd Earl of Elgin and Lady Diana Grey, on 20 November 1671. He married, thirdly, Hon. Catherine Noel, daughter of Baptist Noel, 3rd Viscount Campden and Lady Elizabeth Bertie, on 8 January 1673/74.1 He and Hon. Catherine Noel were divorced in 1688. He and Lady Anne Pierrepont were divorced in 1688. He died on 10 January 1711 at age 72.
     He gained the title of 1st Duke of Rutland.

     Sir Robert Grosvenor, 6th Bt. was born on 7 May 1695.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Grosvenor, 3rd Bt. and Mary Davis.1 He married Jane Warre, daughter of Thomas Warre and Dorothea Tregonwell, on 21 May 1730.1 He died on 1 August 1755 at age 60.1
     He succeeded to the title of 6th Baronet Grosvenor, of Eaton, co. Chester [E., 1622] on 31 January 1733.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Chester between 1735 and 1755.1

     Jane Warre was born circa 1705.2 She was the daughter of Thomas Warre and Dorothea Tregonwell.1,3 She married Sir Robert Grosvenor, 6th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Grosvenor, 3rd Bt. and Mary Davis, on 21 May 1730.1 She died circa 22 May 1791.1 She was buried on 25 May 1791.1
      Her married name became Grosvenor.

     Sir Thomas Grosvenor, 3rd Bt. was born circa 1656.2 He was the son of Roger Grosvenor and Christian Myddleton.3 He married Mary Davis, daughter of Alexander Davis, on 10 October 1677.4 He died circa 30 June 1700.4 He was buried on 2 July 1700.4
     He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Grosvenor, of Eaton, co. Chester [E., 1622] on 31 January 1664.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Chester between 1679 and 1700.4 He held the office of Mayor of Chester in 1685.4
